Is there a free plan?
No — instead of a crippled free plan, every school gets the full product free for 45 days: classes, attendance, marks, and fee tracking, nothing locked. After day 45 you pick a plan to keep making changes.
What happens if my trial ends and I have not paid?
Nothing is deleted. Your account becomes read-only — you can still log in, view every record, mark sheet, and receipt, and export your data. You only pay when you decide to continue.
How does pricing work?
You pay per student, per year, billed annually. The price on this page is the price on your invoice. No per-teacher charge, no platform fee.
Why is my yearly total higher than students × the per-student rate?
Each plan carries a small yearly minimum so we can keep serving very small schools. Your invoice is simply whichever is higher: students × the per-student rate, or that minimum. At 200+ students on Starter the minimum never applies — you pay exactly the listed per-student rate.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for government schools?
We offer special pricing for government and non-profit educational institutions. Reach out to our sales team.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers for annual plans — the same methods parents already use for school fees.
Can I cancel anytime? Is my data safe?
Yes — no lock-in. Export all your data (student records, marks, fee receipts) at any time, even after cancelling. Your records belong to your school, not to us.
Set up your classes, take attendance, record marks, and collect fees. If it does not fit, export everything and walk away — nothing is deleted.
